Refund policy 

Our products are made to order. We don't accept returns or exchanges because you changed your mind or selected the wrong size or color. Please check the product details and size guide before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, email support@ironcrossranch.us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item. We'll review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Please don't send an item back unless we ask you to. Contact support@ironcrossranch.us with any questions about your order.

Orders shipped to the European Union
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Email support@ironcrossranch.us within that period to let us know. Items must be returned unworn and in the condition you received them. We'll refund your purchase once we receive the item back.

Refund timing
We'll let you know whether your request has been approved after we review the details and photos. If we approve a refund, we'll issue it to the original payment method and email you a confirmation. After it's issued, your bank or payment provider may take up to 10 business days to show the money in your account. If you haven't received it after 10 business days, contact support@ironcrossranch.us.
