Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Because many of our products are made to order, production times may vary slightly during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events.

Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75
Shipping costs for orders under $75 are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after processing:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been shipped, Iron Cross Ranch is not responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at:

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

International Shipping

At this time, shipping availability may be limited to certain countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
